  • Personal Training

    Personal Training focuses on movement, strength, and form. You'll work 1:1 with Franni to build proper technique, progress your workouts safely, and develop a routine tailored to your goals. Each session is hands-on, active, and designed to help you feel stronger and more confident in your body.

    Nutrition Coaching

    Nutrition Coaching focuses on habits, mindset, and sustainable eating patterns. Instead of a workout, these sessions guide you through weekly check-ins, food journal feedback, and realistic strategies to support your goals—whether that’s energy, weight change, or rebuilding your relationship with food.

  • For Classes (Booty BootKamp or Sunday Circuit):

    Arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled. Franni will walk you through the workout, offer modifications, and make sure you feel supported from the moment you walk in.
    Expect a fun, welcoming environment, clear instruction, and a workout that meets you exactly where you are.

    For Personal Training:

    Your first session begins with a short conversation about your goals, experience, and any injuries. You'll learn foundational movements and begin building a plan tailored to your strength level and comfort.

    For Nutrition Coaching:

    Your first session is all about clarity. You'll review your goals, go over your food journal, and outline simple, achievable steps to support your lifestyle. No restriction — just guidance, accountability, and a plan that feels doable.
